Your satisfaction matters to me, and I want every purchase to be something you're genuinely happy with.
As all fine art prints are produced to order, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please take a moment to review the product description, size, paper type, and any available product information before placing your order.
This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order is damaged during transit, arrives with a manufacturing defect, or differs from the item you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible at jamie@jamieallynphotography.com.
To help me resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of any damage to the packaging, where applicable
I will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
If an item is supplied in the wrong size, finish, paper type, framing option, or format compared with the order placed, I will arrange a suitable remedy.
Non-Returnable Items
As each fine art print is produced specifically for the customer, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change-of-mind purchases
Orders where the selected size, finish, paper type, or framing option was chosen incorrectly at checkout
Minor variations in colour caused by differences between screens, devices, and printed materials
Custom, personalised, commissioned, or bespoke work
If you are unsure about any aspect of a print before ordering, please get in touch and I will be happy to help.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter production.
Once a print has been sent for production, I am unable to cancel the order as the item is being created specifically for you.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and display the refunded amount.
